Moi University, led by Acting Vice-Chancellor Prof. Kiplagat Kotut, met with the County Governor of Uasin Gishu, H.E. Hon. Dr. Jonathan Bii Chelilim, to discuss the upcoming International Conference on Renewable Energy, Climate Change, and Ecosystem Restoration, scheduled for 22nd – 25th April 2025, and to explore new avenues for collaboration. The meeting culminated in the signing of a collaborative framework focusing on sustainable ecosystems and urban planning, marking a significant milestone in renewing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Moi University and Uasin Gishu County. Moi University remains a pillar of academic excellence, and this partnership sets the stage for impactful collaboration in research, sustainability, and regional development.
